About Us

Three Valuers who had decided to strike out on their own after working in other valuation and estate agency firms for about 10 years established Crystal Valuers Ltd in February 2000. The three are: Charles Kilonzo, Timothy Njehia and Edwin Mukira. The three continue serving as directors of the firm, with Timothy Njehia serving as the Managing Director.

Our offices are located in the Nairobi City Center, in Bruce House, 4th Floor. Standard Street. We also have fully fledged branches in Kisumu, Kenya-Re Plaza, 7th Floor and in Thika Town, Thika Arcade, 5th Floor. Each of this is managed by a fully qualified valuer.

Since inception, the company has grown strength to strength to have a workforce that currently stands at more than 32, including the three directors. The staff includes Valuers, property managers, their assistants and administration and support staff.

The company offers services in valuation, property consultancy, estate agency and property management.
